What is the process for adopting a girl child from the same family ? How long does the procedure take place? How much it will cost for the lawyer if we hire one

A.Aadpotion deed must be prepared and then if parents are alive then obtain consent from parents Advocate fees for this case Rs10000-

Since it is within the family, you can enter an informal agreement with the biological parents and adopt the girl. The Central Adoption Resource Authority(CARA) is the regulatory body in India. The fees of the lawyer varies from person to person.
