where can i file complaint

Hi, i went went into hire purchase agreement, signed in Rourkela court in Odisha. 2nd party not paid the amount as per agreement. its 3 month passed . I am living in Bhubneswar, Odisha ( other city). Now i want to know where i should file complaint- Rourkela court, Bhubneswar Court or Police station.

You can file a complaint in any of the three mentioned places, they will all have jurisdiction.
