Eligibility to stand for RWA members board

As per instructions SDM, five residents were constituted to proceed in forming Society RWA, they were given name President Vice President, secretary, vice secretary and treasure. The tenure was 30 days till the elections were completed, how ever these five members also filled their name to be RWA Board members, question is are they allowed ? Since they were the body to form Undisputed election.

Yes, this is normally allowed. You can however, raise objections if several other members also see an issue with it.

Yes, this can be allowed. You will have to look into the society's MoA for more details about the eligibility criteria of members.

A.When they are the elected body they are obviously the Boardembers.But they will perform their duties according to the posts for which they were elected.
