Complient against money lender

My father taken a loan of rs 49000 we have paid all the interest and amount to the lender but in the month of April I paid emi 2 days after and the lender charged the 5000 rs extra and I had paid 2500 extra but he did not stop harassing me and my father still he is asking for 2 days late payment 33000 rs.what should I do even he is tharting us .I callad him but he did not stop his activites and he cought my father and tharting for paying back.

You can file a complaint with the police for extortion and criminal intimidation under Sections 383, 503 and 506 of the IPC.
