Me and my husband are not in good terms to live together. We are staying separately and my husband is not allowing me to take my belongings from home.How can I get all my personal belongings from home??

You can approach the family Court and make a petition for the same.
If he does not comply with the legal notice you serve him, make a complaint to the police.

A.Hi,
Serve him with legal notice for the same. If he refuses to comply, you can file a complaint for theft. Alternatively, you can make a representation for the same in family Court. If you are not on good terms, you might be able to get a mutual consent divorce and then claim maintenance from him monthly.
