I HAVE TAKEN LOAN FROM PAYME INDIA AND THEY ARE CHARGING DIUBLE INTEREST PLUS THEY ARE MIS USING MY CONTACT DETAILS AND CALLING EVERYONE AND TELLING THAT I HAVE TAKEN LOAN AND DID NOT REPAY EVEN IM AVAILABLE IN CONTACT AND THEY ARE CALLING ME AND AT SAME TIME THEY ARE CALLING MY CINTACT LIST WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

A.Hi,
Delete the app immediately. They cannot contact others on your phone, this is a violation of their right to privacy and amounts to harassment. Complain to the cyber police for fraud, cheating, extortion and criminal intimidation.

A.Hi,
Block them and delete the app immediately. You can also approach the cyber police and file a complaint with them, the company is guilty of fraud and criminal intimidation under Sections 420, 503 and 506 IPC.
