not giving refund as promised. not giving refund as promised.

I booked zoom car and made refundable deposit. Deposit is to be refunded after usage of service. Now company not issuing refund even after expiry of time. Now how can I get refund legally ? What are the laws applicable to the issue ?

A.Hi,
Serve them with legal notice to repay.
If they do no comply, file a suit in Consumer Court.

A.Hi,
You can serve them with legal notice and then file a complaint in Consumer Court.

A.Send them. A legal Notice asking for your amount if terms n conditions were so stipulated
