My dad touchers me and my mom daily he don’t even earn anything. he give us so much bad words daily and touchers us. and tell us he will kill us one day.

A.Hi,
File a complaint with the police for assault, criminal intimidation and outraging a woman's modesty under Sections 319,321, 354, 503, 506, and 509 IPC.
Your mother can divorce him on these grounds under Section 498A. You can have him arrested and have the Court pass an order preventing him form contacting your mother or you again.

A.Hi,
Approach the police and file a complaint under Sections 319, 321, 354, 503, 506, and 509 IPC for causing hurt, assault, criminal intimidation and outraging a woman's modesty. In addition, a complaint can be filed against him under the Domestic Violence Act. Your mother and you can claim maintenance from him while having him stay elsewhere.
