Can I record statement few years before?

I doubt someone for their job. Can't disclose more details for now. I think that person is not fit for the job. Ethically that person does not care, twist rules, when someone takes a stand or complains to the higher authority they all shut you down. Even after telling that person that it is affecting my well-being and I am getting depressed that person did nothing about it, that person does not care if something bad happens. But at the moment I can not do much, but in few years I will be free of that person and I would like to take action as I don't want anyone else to experience the same. They should not get depressed and have bad thoughts because of the work pressure of that person. I can't do it right now, it might cost me my carrier. So is it possible that I record my statement now and present it later?

You can go ahead with recording the evidence, but you must make sure to establish the timelines so there can be no grounds to doubt them later.

Yes, you can record this evidence to use later. Make sure to document the timeframes to establish that you were employed in the same company as them and document all records of the same.
