Harassment by recovery agent over car loan
3 years ago
I had bought a second hand car from someone. The car has a loan of 900000 but I bought it for 1200000 as per market price. I had paid the seller the whole amount throught rtgs but he hasn't paid the bank the loan outstanding. The bank officials and recovery agent are harassing me for payment of loan. I don't have any written proof from seller. But I do have the proof of money I paid him through bank account. What should I really do? I have contacted the seller and he has refused to pay back the money to me as well as bank. I have bought this car around 2 years in 2019.
A.file a case against the seller & sue him in court.
