Seal Fix and Moveable Asset

As previously I asked on portal, My wife's younger sister is nominee everywhere in mother's FD & Insurance. Wife have legal heirship certificate made after fathers death in which wife is also nominee but her sister not responding to legal notice also and behaving arrogantly. We want launch the case against her and want request court to seal fix and moveable asset and her account in which nominee fund received so please suggest which case should be launch to achieve above immediate action because we are affraid that she will spend whole money somewhere.

Since your wife is a legal heir, you have a good title over the property. But the fact that your wifes's sister being the nominee and her act of not responding to the legal notice should be viewed with due care. So you can first file a case to seal the fixed and movable property along with her account to secure your property and avoid the risk factor.
