employer refused to pay salary employer refused to pay salary

can i file a case against my employer who intentionally refused to pay salary
in my offer letter, there was a clause mentioning " it is compulsory that he/she has to do client visiting atleast 12/13 or else u have to sale a minimum 1 plot size 100 sqyd, you will get the salary according to your efforts and site visiting".
when i asked for salary he is saying read offer letter carefully, we have clearly mentioned your work profile/earning. but no where mentioned that if you fails to do so, you are not elegible for salary.
this is one sided clause and i would like to challenge this in court.
i have joined on 6th and offer letter was given on 23rd, i have signed on this date by forget to mentioned on offer letter, date is mentioned 8th Feb.
employee should be paid for the days which he has worked
salary should be paid without target and target should be for earning incentives not for salary
its like bounded labour work, i have spend my time, money for commuting but salary not received.
employer is also a "bahubali or dabang" person in his area.
rest details of employer will share if required

A.Dear Sir,
If you are not continuing your job in the same office then you can file a money recovery suit and back arrears of salary along with Rs. 2,00,000/- towards mental torture.

A.Hi,
You can claim damages under the Contract Act if the employer has violated the terms of the same.
failing this, you can file a civil suit for money recovery.

A.Hi,
You can approach the labour Court for relief if you fall within the definition of a workman under the Industrial Disputes Act. Alternatively, you can file a civil suit for money recovery.
