defaulter builder

we booked a flat in raj Nagar extension ghaziabad in 2012. builder is a defaulter with GDA, hence the project got sealed. how can i get my money back from builder.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit claiming huge damages for breach of contract. You can also file a claim in consumer Court.
A money recovery suit can be filed to reclaim the money you have already paid them.
