I worked for DXC technologies for 12 days. I resigned and came out due to health issue. I did not serve notice period that is 30 days. Now company demanding money for notice period. I am financially so rich and I can't pay the amount. Requesting you please advice me what/how to respond dxc over email?

A.Hi,
They cannot expect you to serve longer notice than the number of days you have worked. Explain your reason for resignation to them and provide suitable proof of the same.

A.Hi,
You do not need to serve 30 days notice when you worked there for only 12 days.
Explain the reasons for your resignation in the reply, they cannot force you to work when you are medically unable to.
