A.Hi,
Firstly, You can contact the e-commerce website’s Customer Care: The customer care will contact the seller and the logistics company that delivers the product to solve the issue of non-delivery.
You can also ask for Refund as the customer care of the website usually refunds the amount paid in advance in case the product is not delivered due to the seller or logistics company’s fault.
As in your case, you are not receiving any reply on their behalf, you can send them a legal notice. You can hire a consumer court advocate and send a legal notice to the company asking them to take an immediate action. You can also hire a consumer case lawyer to send a notice to the company.
When all the above remedies have been exhausted, it is advised that you file a consumer complaint against them in the appropriate consumer forum or consumer court.

A.Hi,
1) Contact the e-commerce website’s Customer Care: When there’s no reply from the seller, contact the customer care of the website. The customer care will contact the seller and the logistics company that delivers the product to solve the issue of non-delivery.
2) Ask for Refund: You can also ask for the refund of any advance paid for the product if you do not get it delivered within the stipulated delivery time. The customer care of the website usually refunds the amount paid in advance in case the product is not delivered due to the seller or logistics company’s fault.
3) Send a legal notice: If all of the above-mentioned steps are exhausted and no action has been taken by the company to refund your money or attempt to deliver your product, you can hire a consumer court advocate and send a legal notice to the company asking them to take an immediate action. You can hire a consumer case lawyer to send a notice to the company.
4) File a consumer complaint: If no reply is received from the company to the legal notice, you can hire a consumer law attorney to file a consumer complaint against it in the appropriate consumer forum.
