Employee bond issue
Hello, we had an employee working with us for 3 months and had signed bond of 18 months. He left without resigning. The bond stated if the employee leaves within 18 months, he needs to pay training cost and total salary received by him. Total cost was not mentioned. Can we do anything legally?
A.Hi,

A.Dear Sir,
You can get issue a legal notice by liquidating damages cause to you say Rs. 2,00,000/- may be claimed from the employee.
