False alligation of Absconding False alligation of Absconding

For past 1 year I'm working from home and I had argument with HR after that I send my resignation and asked what to do for my letter (experience latter) but they never responded and I was waiting for management respond and they did but accused me for Absconding in reality they never send me any message or call or any warning rather they change my office email id password, not responding to my personal mail and now telling me after explaining all things between me and HR as well why I took this decision in written to boss but Boss send mail "Mr. You send resign not notice you should be greatfull I didn't ask for notice period compensation". but I never told them on any written document not even in my resignation I'm not going to serve so why are they making assumptions and making decisions without my consent what to do?

A.Hi,
Serve them with legal notice to grant you your release letter. You will however, have to serve notice for the period mentioned in your employment contract.
If they are refusing to pay you, you can file a civil money recovery suit.

A.Hi,
Keep a record of these emails to serve as proof if the matter goes to Court. You must serve the company with legal notice to grant you the release letter.
If they are refusing to pay you for your services, you can file a suit claiming compensation for breach of contract.

A.Your matter seems to be more of an office conflict where to an extent even you have made a minor miscommunication regarding your notice period. You applied for resignation, your organization accepted the same. Though based on your employment contract you might have right to serve notice period but be sure that no further indirect problems are created by your organization for you during the notice period as that can make things go in wrong direction and you will also require a relieving letter with recommendations probably. Hence I suggest you to just reply to your organization saying you are ready to serve notice period to ensure you are not making breach of employment contract so even if they ready to waive that tomorrow atleast you can claim good experience letter etc if required for future prospects. Hope you found this helpful. Kindly provide review. Thank you.
