Dispute over parking allotted by builder from Co Housing Society Dispute over parking allotted by builder from Co Housing Society

The builder has allotted parking to me when I bought a flat in Jan 2020, whereas the Co-Housing Society is not allowed that parking stating it comes under them now since society is formed in April 2019. Whereas builder provided the document index 2 (Sale of property to builder's wife) stating that flat is resale flat and parking is allotted to the previous owner(which is his wife) in 2016 before even society formed. The society also following rules, where all previously allotted parking by the builder before society is formed are allowed by society. But still, society is claiming that parking and stating builder has done fraud and all(Stating why he hasn't submitted that owner name and allotment to a society previously then, whereas society hasn't done conveyance deed yet). Please help to understand who is correct here and whom should approach for help.

A.Hi,
You can submit a written complaint explaining the dispute/complaint in full detail to any office-bearer of the society. In the next committee (after the complaint is received), the Managing Committee reviews the complaint, takes a decision and communicates it to the member within 15 days.
Before filing a complaint, you can send the builder a legal notice.
