E-commerce fraud

Sir/mam,
Myself Dev , from Odisha . I am facing a problem from an E-commerce website . They are putting false allegations on me like fraud and cheating. In november I heard of a good deal in the website . I opened it and try to grab the deal . And my order was successfully placed and sent my the website . Now they are naming it as cheat and fraud and asking for money . What should i do? I have no idea about this.
Please help me out, and advice me on this.

A.Hi,
Extortion after making allegations of false cases is punishable under Section 389 IPC. Complain to the police about the same.
