Issues with presiding officer

What to do if presiding officer is favouring Other side?in the case of oral arguments, orders are reflecting as such other side has only argued and my side stood idle.Also,it is practically impossible to file everything as written arguments.

A.Hi,
We will need more details about the presiding officer and what position he holds to better assist you. There is probably a provision for appeal to a higher authority.
