Now failing this I put up resignation , now my payroll company is asking me to serve 45days notice period as per the appointment letter, which was given to me after 15days of my joining , stating all these terms. I can't stay for another 45days with this torture, neither I am in a economically strong position that I can settle terms with money. Please help me.

A.Hi,
It is advisable to file a complaint under various provisions of labor laws made for the mental harassment at workplace against your boss or the company. This way you'll not have to complete your notice period and it will also help you to get appropriate compensation for being harassed by the employer.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint against your boss under the labor laws present in our country and also under the Indian Penal Code which criminalizes mental harassment at work. After filing a suit, you wouldn't have to serve the notice period and the company will be obligated to pay you the compensation if the charges will be proved.
