An fir was filed against my wife in 2018, in 420 and 120b ipc, she has got bail in one fir, and in second fir bail has been rejected from DHC in last year. same is pending in SC. now the person who has made allegation on her that she has made fraud to him, he has filed income tax retune for same transactions and one side he is saying, I have been cheated fir was filed after two year of transaction. what it is legally correct that, on the transaction he has filed case and other side he is filling incometax return for the same transaction.

False claims can be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 CrPC. Persons making such claims can be punished under Section 209 IPC. We will need more details about the nature of this transaction to determine whether he is committing an offence.
