A.Suicide is NOT a good option for just 11 lakhs personal loan. u can always opt for restructuring the personal loan or even opt for OTS- One time Settlement. Also u should not have spent the whole amount on treatment of your father, but if if you have kept all the bills of his treatment then we can find out the way. Share more information & documents & we shall be able to guide u more.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. A.Hi,
The Banking Ombudsman will be able to facilitate some compromise between you and the bank officials, we would advise you to state your grievances to them. We can assist you with this. Alternatively, you can file for bankruptcy.

A.Hi,
Please do not consider suicide. You can make a representation of your grievances to the Banking Ombudsman and request a restructuring of your repayment plan. They can guide you through how to resolve the issue.
