Non payment
I was a field executive in a finance company. From which I had an agreement of .8% incentive. But the company did not give a copy of the agreement. Then later they retracted their words. The Labor Court states that the issue of incentives does not come under their jurisdiction. As proof, I have nothing except hundreds of call recordings of 2 months which have details of all the things.

A.Hi,
A legal notice can be sent to the company against non payment of the incentives and committing fraud in the civil court. Compensation can be claimed along with the leftover dues. Thank You

A.Hi,
You can file for a legal notice claiming your dues. You can then file for a recovery suit to claim the salary, incentive, reimbursement, and also the court fee in the same. Thank You
