My name is Brijesh Chauhan i am working on it company
I start my career from this company i signed a bond and now i completed my bond with company and i give resign from company but management says they will not accept the resign and give me my experience letter and salary

A.Hi,
You can file a suit against the company for not paying you the salary under the Industrial disputes Act. The bond will the proof for proving that the company is obliged to pay you the salary at the end of your service period. Thank You

You can file a suit against the company for breaching the contract and for non-payment of the salary. The suit can be filed under Section 33(c) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 recovery of money due from an employer.
