I have been working with a US based company from last 8 months just last week i got a call from manager stating that we are terminating your employee contract and restructuring in a new way where you will not be any new employment contract and supposed to sign non disclosure agreement future work and salary will be provided by a company employee. and it is happening only with me.My concern are as follow :
1. without agreement is it ok to sign NDA and working with the company .
2. Even if I sign NDA How can I be sure that they will continue the employment
3. as the things are happening very quickly I am also concern whether something wrong has happened and I am being targeted solely to take its responsibility.

A.if happening with only you then there is reason to worry.
why to stick to such company ?

1. Ask them for a guarantee of employment before signing any NDAs.
2. This will depend on the company's discretion and your performance as an employee.
