Signing of Non disclosure agreement

I have been working with a US based company from last 8 months just last week i got a call from manager stating that we are terminating your employee contract and restructuring in a new way where you will not be any new employment contract and supposed to sign non disclosure agreement future work and salary will be provided by a company employee. and it is happening only with me.My concern are as follow :
1. without agreement is it ok to sign NDA and working with the company .
2. Even if I sign NDA How can I be sure that they will continue the employment
3. as the things are happening very quickly I am also concern whether something wrong has happened and I am being targeted solely to take its responsibility.

why to stick to such company ?
1. No, we cannot recommend that you do this.
2. This will depend on your performance and company policy.
3. We cannot answer this until we have more details about why you believe you might be getting targeted.

1. Ask them for a guarantee of employment before signing any NDAs.
2. This will depend on the company's discretion and your performance as an employee.
