Recently my husband got expired and my mother in law also got expired.but they have a property which is joint names of my husband and my mother in law.even I don’t have papers and I don’t know where the plot is.now my father in law is not willing to my share. I don’t have kids.what can I do sir please suggest me.

A.Hi,
You can claim your share in the property by filing a suit as you are also a legal heir (Class 1) of your deceased husband under the Hindu Succession Act.
