Hi I need to ask my ex wife to send a noc for no objection for a flat to be registered only in my name. She is in USA. Ho can i ask her to send this in courier so that it is valid here?
My Bank people advised that she should sen a noc letter in white paper along with her passport copy and these should be apostille attested. Can someone help me on this?

A.You can purchase the flat with your own hard earned money then there is no neccassity for any Noc from wife. The question is not complete. If your wife is a co obligant to the loan transaction from the bank then she has to sign the documents of loan transaction. You can ask your wife toexecute apower of attorney
