Suddenly been asked to leave after resignation

Hi,
So I had put down my paper. I had no issues with the org till. Approximately 7 days after, I had a brief argument over the bandwidth. I escalated this to my manager. My manager and that lady with the head HR had a meeting the next day. On the same, day they gave me my LWD. Will this be considered a misconduct in background check? Although the manager has said this several times that you have had a good relationship with Azuga m this happened at the heat of the moment. It's okay conflict happens. Let's end things on good note. I still fear with this sudden push for reliving me just the next day after the conflict.
