#Vaidehi & #Anik -Can i do this?Related to Cheque Bounce&Agreement

If i take blank dated cheque from Arnab & from his three family memebers, then, i'll make an agreement with them, if they agree,
In Agreement, it'll be written that if any loss'll take place because of Arnab In My business, then, arnab & his three family members will be responsible for this loss & they'll need to pay the amount of loss to me..
If I'll not get the loss amount back, then, All of them will go to jail according to the law of cheque bounce..
CAN I DO THIS ? I Mean, IS IT LEGAL ?

A.No. This is not legal.You cannot take a blank cheque from Arnab & his 3 family members and cannot bounce it as per your own wish. The cheque bounce person does not go to jail directly.
