What is the responsibility of respondent after applicant files a affidavit to delete the respondent from Writ Petition in High Court?

A.If the respondent name is being deleted as per the affidavit filed by the the petitioner then the respondent is out of that case and he has to do nothing regarding the case. But yes keep a copy of the order stating that your name is deleted as you may need in in future for any reference say, appeal or anything.

A.if you got deleted as respondent then what more you want ?
if you dont want to get deleted and want to be in case then you can file objections.
