Hello,
Yesterday someone from the power company jumped my wall and cut the power by taking the fuse for delay in payment,
It is no problem but is it legal for them to come when I'm not there and jump my wall?
Or should they have waited for me?
Is this legal or do I have rights?

A.It may not have been necessary to jump your wall. The connection can be cut from outside. EB has rights to cut your electricity if you do not pay the requisite payment within due date.
However, if you can prove that somebody jumped your wall and if you know who actually jumped, you can take action against him / her.
