Unmarried pregnancy not accepted by bf

I am 20 years old pregnant.. My bf refused to accept me and even says that the child is not belong to him. Though i can prove this.. There is no things like promise to marriage.. Can there is anything that i can do legally or what is his responsibility?

A.File DV act and ask for residence order and maintenance form him.Keep all the chats and conversations as evidence

Yes there are legal remedies through which you can question your Boyfriend (Partner) if he doesn't accept you. Meanwhile try to send him a Legal Notice so that he should be aware about the fact that whatever he did was actually a Criminal wrong.

A.If yours bf.refuses to marry u,u can file rape case against your bf.alleging he kept physical relationship with u on pretext of marriage.In investigation by police u and your bf.have to go through DNA test.If dna test is in your favour,the boy friend if refuses to marry u,he will be punished in criminal court.

A.if you can prove that the child belongs to him and you both subjugated in this relationship with free mind without force or coercion then in that case you can claim maintanence.
