Contract Issue with a MNC

I signed a contract before lockdown with AIESEC, for which I had to pay INR 18000 for registration. Although, the contract did mention that no money would be refunded in case of an epidemic or a pandemic. The tenure of the contract is now over. Is there a way I could retrieve my money from this evil corporation? Any sort of help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to read the company policies carefully. If any clause relating to refund is not mentioned then you can send them a legal notice for return of the fee amount.

The refund will be according to the policies of the corporation. Still if nothing is being mentioned, then if the contract is not fulfilled you can ask them to fulfill now or return the money.
