Data Entry scam Data Entry scam

I have done a data entry job. The job is to type 150 pages and they will pay me 56666rs. I have done the job and at first they asked me to wait for 3 days to submit the work by email. After I got the email I had sent the work and they said that I have maintained accuracy and they will pay me 56666rs. They asked me to log in to the site but I was not able to log in and they asked me to pay 675rs inorder to reopen the site. I have paid the fees and later I was able to log in to the site and I gave my bank account number and IFSC code and they said that my account don't have a minimum balance of 1599rs and asked to open a wallet account. The lady who asked me to do the work had asked me to google pay 1695rs and immediately I will be able to withdraw my money. After that I got a text message that I will paid my tomorrow and it's been a week, they didn't pay me and the lady won't pick up my call whenever I call her. She didn't even respond to my message. So what should I do? Can I lodge a complaint? Which all sections I can lodge the complaint? Please help me

A.56666/- for typing 150 pages then all typist in courts will leave court and start doing typing for that company.

you can file FIR but you want to do it for 2500/- where it was your fault to pay by knowing that what they were asking was wrong.
98% chance that police will not register until and unless they are sitting idle in some remote village.

A.Hi,
Your case is of a cyber fraud. The fraudsters have duped you of your money. You have to lodge a compliant with the nearest police station in its cyber crime unit. As per your compliant, the police will book the company under the relevant provisions of IPC and IT Act, 2000. Record all your future conversation in order to produce it as evidence. If they ask you for more money, deny them.

A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.
