If I leave the company without serving the notice period can company hold my salary for the number of days I worked.? If company holds my salary what to do.?

A.Yes they are entitled to hold amount equivalent to notice period.

A.Yes company can retain your salary and your services will also get terminated. So you will not get relieving letter & experience letter.
