Incentives not paid
my company promised me incentive for achieving sales target for the year ending Jan-20 to Dec-20. I had achieved the target and qualified for the incentives. But in February 2021 due to difference with my manage I was force to resign for which I told them to settle my incentive to which senior manager say it will come with Feb or March salary but it doesn't. 12 April was my last day in the company. Now the company paid the incentive of other employees in April Salary , Will I get my Incentive in my Salary, if not what are the options for me as the incentives are for Dec 2020.

A.First send legal notice by lawyer.
further action from you depends on the amount in question because almost nobody goes to 2nd step.

A.Dear Sir
You need to send a Legal Notice. Even then the HR department fails to resolve the issue of non-payment of incentive or fails in taking any action, you can contact a labor and employment lawyer to send a legal notice to the employer asking them to pay the due amount.
