Dear Respected Sir/Madam.
I work for a huge private organization and I wanted to know that if they have mistakenly paid me more salary in June for example , can they deduct the same amount that they had paid me extra by mistake in July's Salary?

A.Yes they can deduct the extra amount in the next month ans adjust the same as and when they come to know about it and it will be completely legal on their part.
