My Father died without nominating for his savings bank account so what is the process to claim the savings amount ?

A.Better get Succession Certificate
and ask the bank itself which all other documents it require.

A.यदि आप के पिताजी बिना नोमिनी के गुजर गए हैं।तब आप बैंक से समपर्क कर अपनी सम्सया शेयर करे।तब बैंक आपसे से कुछ कागजात के लिये कहेगा।जैसे शपथ पत्र,परिवार रजिस्टर की नकल,यदि एक से अधिक उत्तराधिकारी उनका no objection ,यदि बैंक तब भी संतुस्ट नही होता है।तब आपको उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण पत्र के लिये बोल सकता है।जिसकौ आप को कोर्ट से प्राप्त करना होगा।।
यदि सलाह से आपको कुछ लाभ होता है।रेस्पोंस करे।

A.Hi,
You can claim that amount in bank account after contacting the bank. You need to submit the Application intimating the death of the account holder, Photocopy of the death certificate, Copy of the WILL or Succession Certificate
After this the Banker will verify the submitted documents. If the banker satisfied then, it will be given to you.

You need to contacts the bank and claims for the proceedings of the account, and has to submit following documents:
Application intimating the death of the account holder
Photocopy of the death certificate
Copy of the WILL or Succession Certificate
Then The Banker will verify submitted documents.
If the banker satisfied then the proceeds will be given to the you.

A.Good afternoon sir,
One of the common problem people face is when account holder dies without appointing a nominee which create a major logistic problem.
If your father died without nominating for their savings then .............
1) Firstly you submit the register death certificate of your father with the application to your bank.
2)Proof of your Identity .
3) Bank will need clarity on who is a rightful owner for that purpose bank want a) affidavit from you .b) will...that signed and registered by your father c) If will is not prepared by your father or missing ,then bank insist you to get succession certificate from court which is a relevant document for transmission, the reason is that there is possibilities that other claimants can also claim for savings.
So these are the necessary factors for claming the saving account .
