Good evening sir/mam, i am a student. 6 months ago my brother's wife died because of suicide, after that her family filed a case on family including me. Actually she left my him(the reason he is not educated well), she's went her mother's home and after 10 months she attempt to suicide by drinking chemical. She did suicide not because of my brother or anyone in my family, we don't the reason behind this. she's not at our home.
They filed 304B and 34IPC on five numbers of my family. Everybody saying that "this case will run like 2 to 3 years, you will definitely gonna win" but i can wait for that time sir. Please help me sir, how i can get out from this?, cause i need to focus on my study.

A.Till now there is no accused who does not want their case to end quickly.

It will run minimum 2-3 years.
If possible then get order from HC for quick disposal.

A.Hi,
You need to move to High Court under Section 482 of crpc, they have inherit powers under this section. The court can take up your case and will pass the decree. But you need to be present whenever needed so that respondent do not have any advantage to drag the case further.

A.Hi,
Please move to High Court. High Court have inherit powers under Section 482 of crpc and you need to prove your point with evidences and witnesses that there was no involvement of you and your family members in suicide by her.
