sar mera jan seva kendr ka shop hai. mere sentar par dinaank 04-05-2021 ko pulis vaale aaye aur unhonne bola tumhaara paramishan hai tumalog shop khol sakate ho. phir dinaank 05-05-2021 ko ve log aaye aur bina vajah daroga ne gaalee de diya jisaka baad mainne unaka mobail se rikording kar staart kar diya. phir ve chale gae. phir dinaank 06-05-2021 ko daroga aur 4 sihaapee aaye aur mere sentar ka kholane ka paramishan laitar maangane lage jisake baad mainne pement baink ke taraph se jo bhee laitar tha vo dikhaaya vo log santusht nahin hue phir mujhe thaane chalane ke lie bolane lage isapar mainne unako chaalaan kaatane ke lie bola vo log koee chaalaan nahin kaate keval naam pata not karane lage isee bich ek sipaahee ne gaalee dene laga phir mainne mobail se rikording staart kar diya. isee beech ve log mujhase chhina jhapatee kar mera mobail chhin kar apane saath le gae. is ghatana kee shikaayat mainne sp se mel karake kar diya hai. jisapar koee kaaryavaahee nahin huee. ab vo daroga mere upar mukadama karane kee dhamakee de raha hai aur mera mobail bhee nahin de raha hai. ab mujhe jaanana hai kya daroga mere khilaaph koee muqadama kar sakata hai ya ab mujhe kya karana chaahie. krpaya sar uchit salaah de mai aap ka sada aabhaaree rahoonga

ab private case file ker sakte ho by copy of sp office complaint letter.

यदि आपको कोई अनुतोष इधर से प्राप्त नही होता है।तब आप वकील साहब से समपर्क कर धारा 156(3)जाब्ता फौजदारी के अन्तर्गत कोर्ट मे मुकदमा दर्ज कराने के आदेश पारित करा सकते हैं।

If the police threaten you again, you can file a formal report with the SP. If your appeal to the Superintendent of Police does not result in a favorable outcome, you may file a complaint with the nearest Magistrate. Do this at the earliest possible.

If the police continue to harass you you can send a written complaint to the SP again. If the complaint filed with the Superintendent of Police does not result in a favourable outcome, then you can go to the nearest Magistrate and file a complaint.
