A.crop loans are waived time to time but it is not guaranteed.
You have to pay the loan from the land you are getting.

A.Hi,
Loan waiver is dependent on the state government policy. Son is not liable for the debt of the father. Debt is recoverable from the property held by your father before his demise.

A.Hi,
Son is ,liable to pay the debt of father to the limit he receive inheritance from the father. So, your liability is limited to the property received by you in inheritance. Loan waiver is subjected to government decision in each state. It may wary. Consult with the society for the same.
