I am a govt employee in uttar PRADESH basic education,and covered with NPS . Government contribute 14 percent share which is very irregular and there contribution mostly 12 to 18 months late.so whole amount Which is lumsum 2lacs not credited in our account and so that they are not invested in share market,as it is a market link policy.then my question is whether we are eligible for interest competition during that time.and who is responsible for this,state or center finance department.

A.Dear Sir,
King can do no wrong. Here the king is State that is your employer. You cannot fight individually but you have a merited Case.
