I have a land i want to create a room there but my brother who don't have land on his name he is trying to take half. If he did any case is it possible if he dont have any parcha.??

A.how he can try to take half when its not in his name.
construct and call police if he try to create problem.
he have to go to civil court but will not get anything.

A.If you are owner of property then you have every right to construct room etc and noone including your brother have any right to object or to claim any share in the property. Report the matter to police and file suit for permanent and mandatory injunction against brother.

A.Hi,
Land cannot be taken up by someone without the required papers of possession. You can file a police report, as well as civil and criminal charges, if they unlawfully encroach on your property.

A.Hi,
Without relevant papers of ownership, land cannot be taken up by anyone. If they illegally encroach on the land you can file a police complaint as well as civil and criminal cases.

A.आप अपनी भूमि पर मकान बना सकते है।यदि विक्रय पत्र तुमहरे नाम है।तो उसका कोई भाग नही है।।आप अपने दस्तावेज के आधार पर पुलिस को शिकायत भी कर सकते है।
आप कोर्ट मत जाना।यदि आप का भाई जाता हैं।तो उसको चुनोती दे।
