A.Simply file a FIR with police first for his bad behavior under Domestic Violence Act and 498A and go for mediation by police to worn him to take good care of you and kids if any.
If you are not happy with the mediation and think that it will be difficult to carry this wedlock then you may file a divorce petition in the family court on the basis of cruelty along with the interim maintenance under section 125 CrPC.

A.U can fille divorce case against your husband on ground of physical and mental torture by your husband .So for not caring,u can claim maintenance from your husband

A.fill a case against husband for maintainance in family court under section crpc 125 and after you can file an application for divorce.

A.Husband is not caring is not a strong ground for filing divorce case. However, if you really feel that you can't lead a healthy relationship with him, there are ways to do so, which can be discussed over the phone.

A.First issue a legal notice to him and if he is not responding then you can file divorce petition before the family court.
