I am working in IT company on third party role and in my offer letter there it is mentioned that employee should serve 2 months notice period on probation .Can any employer put these conditions in probation period ? I have to leave the employer as they are making me work more than 12 hours a day and even on Saturdays without ot and compofff because of this I am completely frustrated and decided to quit can I leave the company without serving notice period as I am on probation or I am bounded with the employer 2 months notice period condition on probation.
A.Hi,
Since you signed the agreement, you must complete the notice period, even though you are on probation, because the corporation will normally demand money in the form of compensation from you. You may, however, refuse to work overtime or on weekends as soon as you resign and begin your notice period. After going through the agreement once, some other solution can be given.

A.Hi,
Since you have accepted the agreement you have to serve the notice period even when on probation since generally, the company can seek money in form of compensation from you. Any other remedy can be provided after going through the agreement once.
