I have taken a money from one person I have lost in share market I want to give his money but I want some time if he go to court what will be the solution

You can settle the matters amicably and ask the lender for some time since it is clear that you are willing to pay back the borrowed sum. If he approaches the court then the suit will be already delayed and you are likely to get ample time.

A.Hi,
Since it is clear that you are willing to repay the loan, you can resolve the matter amicably and ask the lender for some time. If he goes to court, the case will already be delayed, and you will have plenty of time.
