My ex-girlfriend asking justice & she threatening lodge to complaint My ex-girlfriend asking justice & she threatening lodge to complaint

Me and my girlfriend broke up on Feb. 2021 because both family disagree with the marriage. My family and her family convinced me to drop out from the relationship. After a week my ex threatening to hurt herself and because of this now her family supporting her. After I am seeing her immature act, i lost interest marrying her, now she thinks I cheated her & used her for show off even though I was mentally prepared to marry in simple way and adjusting financial aid. After she came to know that I am not responding her properly. She threatened to lodge complaint and ask for justice. So I decided to clear this thing peacefully and talked to her & came to decision that we don't have any commitment and will be friend just like others. She agreed this on march 2021. In may first week 2021, she heard from someone that I am looking for other girl for marriage (anyway I am not focusing on marriage right now), she threatening to lodge complaint and she will ask for justice and drag me and my family to police station. Here, we even though spent nights together or had romance, kiss, hugs etc. I never had sexual intercourse with her. She is now telling I should regret that I played with girl's life and have to pay for this. So here what are the consequences I must face.

A.if you not done sexual intercourse then there wont be any rape case.

A.Hi,
Promise to marry is not absolute, and it cannot be enforced in the court of law, unless on the pretext of marriage you had physical relations with her. The entire relation appears to be consensual, hence her claim will not be sustained in the court of law.

A.Hi,
Promise to marriage is not legally enforceable unless, on the pretext of marriage you had abused her physically. Since, this is a consensual relationship, there was no force on your side, her claim will not be sustained in the court of law.
