Yesterday some discussion between me and my wife. But my father called 100 police. They camera and beaten me without hearing anything from me. They are one side. My father has some influence. Then I run into house and called to my local reporter friend. Then they cooled and went from there with notedown their names.
Sir, please suggest me to take action on the department persons. If they hear my words and then beat, I will happy. But there is one side only. Please help me.

A.Dear Sir,
Police cannot beat any person at the most they can register FIR and send the accused to jail.

A.Why your father called police to beat you. usually its father in law.

A.Hi,

You can file a written complaint against the said police officers, over their misconduct to the Police Commissioner of area/City.
or you can file the complaint to the PCA- Police Compliant Authority, which was formed in the year 2006, After the SC directed all the States to begin a reformation in their Police, After the Judgement in the Prakash Case. For the this, you have to approach to the PCA and ask for prescribed format in which a person can submit the complaint. You can send that complaint via Speed Post, Fax or email to the given address.

A.Hi,
File a complain with the superior officer regarding the behavior of the police personnel. Departmental inquiry can be initiated against such behavior of the police.

A.Hi,
You can complain with the superior officer about the behavior of the police. You can also consult with a lawyer to know the probable reason as why they beat you up.

A.You also lodge a GD- General Diary to the police telling your side of the story so that later on if anything goes wrong in the future then you can save yourself.
