My younger brother is a manipulative person and has created many problems for us and duped me a couple of time. My mom and my elder brother want to it public that we don't have any relation with him as he has been away from home since 2001 now. We don't want him to come and claim on my mum's house that she built as a single working parent in 2011. Since my parents got divorced in 1989. How do we take it forward.

A.Hi,
First, you need to file a succession suit for the property in question. In the same suit, you need to prove the circumstances how your brother has duped you before and therefore should not be allotted any inheritance. Another alternative is to create a will beforehand.

A.Hi,
You will have to first file a suit for succession before the court and therein also mention that your brother has not contributed economically at all and therefore should not be considered as a heir.

A.Hello,

Your mom has to published a public Notice through advocate in one National Level and One Local News Paper, for "Disown her younger Son" form her movable and immovable properties and also file a disowned suit against him.
At the same time your mother has to create a "Will" and get it registered with Sub-registered office, its cost effective procedure.

Thanks with best regards
